Questions

Money questions.

What’s the difference between monthly and lifetime?

Only how you pay. Both plans include all three parts of the exam, more than 10,000 practice questions and more than 150 explainer videos. Monthly is $64.99 a month for as long as you stay subscribed. Lifetime is $349.99 once, and you keep access.

Which plan should I choose?

If you expect to study for six months or more, lifetime costs less than monthly. If you’re aiming to pass all three parts in a few months, monthly may cost less. If you’re not sure, lifetime removes the clock.

Does lifetime access include future updates?

[Your answer. For example: whether lifetime members get the course updated for each new exam year’s tax law.]

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

[Your cancellation terms.]

Can I switch from monthly to lifetime?

[Your answer, e.g. whether you can upgrade at any time and whether past monthly payments count toward the lifetime price.]

Is tutoring included in either plan?

No. One-on-one tutoring is $75 an hour and is booked separately. You can add it to either plan, or book it on its own.

Does the price include the IRS exam fee?

No. The exam fee is paid to PSI, the IRS’s testing vendor, when you schedule each part. It’s currently $317 per part. Check IRS.gov for the latest amount before you book.

What’s your refund policy?

[Your refund terms for each plan and for tutoring.]
