We’re a prep course, not the IRS.

For a few things, someone else holds the answer. Here’s who to ask.

Scheduling, rescheduling or exam scores

Contact PSI, the IRS’s testing vendor, at 844-645-2218 (toll-free), weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern.

Your PTIN or enrollment application

Those are handled by the IRS. Start at IRS.gov’s enrolled agent pages.

Your own tax situation

We teach the exam material, but we can’t give personal tax advice. For that, talk to a licensed tax professional.
